Yes! AntiGrav1, AntiGrav2, and Gales® Pro Line shoes fit normal to wide-width feet, while Gales® Frontline shoes accommodate normal to narrow-width feet.

Imagine walking on clouds or fluffy marshmallows. STAND+ shoes are even softer!  Our XL Extralight® material disperses energy to reduce pressure on knees, backs, and joints during long shifts, while our premium OrthoLite® insoles add an even deeper layer of comfort and cushioning.

In extensive third-party comfort studies vs. athletic and workwear shoes, STAND+ ranked #1 for Softest Cushioning, Best Overall Fit, Lowest Heel Pressure, and Best Standing Durability.

STAND+ shoes are designed to fit snugly in all the right places to keep your feet secure.  For a customized fit, take off your STAND+ shoes and place them near a heat source for 2-3 minutes. A hair blow dryer or heater vent does the trick. When warm and safe to touch, insert your feet with socks on and let your shoes cool to room temperature. They will mold to your feet!

If you try the above method and find they still don't fit right, you might need a half size up. Contact our support team - [email protected] - and we can help with an exchange!

Our shoes typically weigh under 2 lbs per pair (approximately 1 lb per shoe). The exact weight varies slightly by size, but the difference is minimal and not noticeable.

The key difference between these styles is that the AntiGrav2 features an enhanced outsole and is ASTM-certified slip resistant on dry and wet surfaces, which makes it ideal for environments where you might encounter slippery surfaces. Both styles are designed to accommodate narrow to wide-width feet, allow for easy cleaning, and are made of the same material that is antimicrobial.

We are zero drop without the footbed. With the footbed, we have a 4mm heel-to-ball offset, with 5mm in the forefoot and 9mm in the heel.

The tops of the shoes will stretch and mold to your foot over time, but here's a quick fix! You can use a hair dryer to gently heat the area, then slip your foot in with a sock on (just be careful not to burn yourself). This will help the shoe conform to your foot more quickly. Let us know if this solution works for you!

You can also find instructions here.

Our AntiGrav1 is the best shoe for flat feet - The outsoles have a zero drop, and the insoles have a minimal arch lift. The insoles can be removed easily, and custom inserts can be swapped if you need it!

Internally yes but externally there’s an extra lift on the AntiGrav2 with the addition of the rubber bottom by 1/3 an inch.

STAND+ shoes are made of a proprietary foam material called XL Extralight® that provides incredible comfortable and make them almost as light as feathers! Combined with the cushioning from our custom OrthoLite® insoles, many customers tell us our shoes make them feel like they are walking on clouds.

No, our shoes are made from patented XL Extralight (3x lighter materials than a TPU rubber, soft to the touch, durable, and like walking on clouds!)

It depends on what surface you’re walking on and how many steps you’re taking per day! Our Pro Line shoe, which has a rubber sole, may last slightly longer or the AntiGrav2 which also features a sturdy industrial sole. 😊

You might not want to because we use premium custom OrthoLite® insoles. But if you have custom insoles that can't be beat you can absolutely use them instead.

Yes we do! You can shop them here.

Unfortunately, our shoes are not steel-toed or composite. We hear you and will keep this in mind when designing future models!

Our shoes are not rated for sharp resistance, but we will keep that in mind for future product development!

Yes, all STAND+ shoes are vegan friendly!

No, our shoes don't contain any vinyl or soy and are vegan friendly too.

No, our shoes shoes don't contain any soy products, they are anti-microbial.

Comfort & Performance

STAND+ OrthoLite® insoles are specifically designed with 7mm of extra arch support. If desired, they can be easily removed and replaced with orthotics or insoles of your choosing.

STAND+ shoes are strategically designed with ventilation holes that allow for breathability. Our OrthoLite® insoles also feature a moisture management system, helping to move moisture away from the foot to provide a cooler, drier, healthier shoe environment.

STAND+ XL Extralight® materials are 3x lighter than comparable materials without sacrificing comfort or durability. Weighing in at an average of 5.7 ounces, our shoes are lighter than an iPhone!

STAND+ OrthoLite® insoles are treated with Aegis® antimicrobial solution, reducing moisture, odor, and bacteria.

Our shoes don’t have a built-in sock liner, which is typically designed for sockless wear. We intentionally leave this out to keep our shoes antimicrobial and easy to machine wash. Because of this, we recommend wearing socks to prevent rubbing.

If you're experiencing discomfort, you can try a quick fix: Use a hairdryer to gently heat the collar section of the shoe, then pull the material slightly away from the area while it cools. This helps soften and mold the fabric for a better fit.

Let us know if you need further assistance!

Our shoes are slip-resistant. They are designed to reduce the likelihood of slipping by improving traction under certain conditions. They do not eliminate the risk of slipping, especially on certain wet, oily, or uneven surfaces.

The energy absorption is integrated into both the shoe and the insole. You’re welcome to use your own insole, and you'll still experience most of the benefits.

STAND+ shoes offer more support than a clog-style shoe and provide ankle support comparable to that of a running shoe!

We do not have active ingredients in any of our products. STAND+ shoes are made with closed-cell foam and full lab tests are linked here: https://www.weargales.com/pages/gales-lab-results

We can't promise medical recovery, but our footwear is designed with cushioning for all-day comfort and support.

There's no weight limit, but if you’re looking for a more durable option, the AntiGrav2 features a sturdy industrial sole.

Yes! We've added squeak-resistant linings to our AntiGrav styles, along with extra ventilation holes for improved comfort. Enjoy STAND+ with no squeaks!

FSA/HSA Support

For FSA or HSA purchases, you may need documentation such as an itemized receipt or an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). We can provide an itemized receipt upon request but we cannot provide an EOB or any medically-related documentation.

Our partner, TrueMed, manages the FSA/HSA payment option on our site. For assistance with medically-related documentation requirements that are requested by your FSA/HSA plan adminstrator, please reach out to their support team at [email protected].

To utilize the FSA/HSA feature at checkout, make sure to continue as a guest and select Truemed as your payment option.

We don’t reject FSA or HSA payments. Our partner TrueMed manages this payment option. According to them a few things that could cause a rejection is not having enough funds available, an expired card, or attempting to use funds from the previous year (in the case of FSA). We don't have access to TrueMed payment information for so if your card was rejected please contact TrueMed support at [email protected] for assitance.

If your claim was denied, please email [email protected] with your details. Their team will work with you to appeal and overturn the denial. In the rare case it cannot be resolved, Truemed will refund you the amount you would have saved so you are made whole.

If you attempted to split your payment between your FSA or HSA card and a personal debit or credit card and the payment was not processed as you expected, please contact TrueMed support for further assistance at [email protected].

Occasionally, certain HSA/FSA cards have restrictions when used at brands outside of large retailers (like Walgreens). If your card doesn’t go through, we recommend completing your purchase with a personal credit card via Truemed instead.
